Top Tips

  1. Don’t peel the skins off the potatoes, nutrients are found under the skin!
  2. Try to cut the wedges the same size so they will cook evenly

Ingredients

  • 250g potatoes
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1 tsp Sabzi Masala
  • Preheat your oven
  • Peel potatoes (or don’t!)
  • Chop into wedges
  • Add the wedges to a mixing bowl, add 2 teaspoons of oil and mix well, ensuring the potatoes are nicely coated
  • Sprinkle over a teaspoon of Sabzi Masala, ensure all the potatoes are seasoned with the masala (you can add more masala to your wedges if you want a stronger flavour)
  • Lightly oil your baking tray and evenly scatter the wedges.
  • Add salt and pepper if desired (the Masala already has salt, so don’t go crazy!)
  • Cook for 20-25 minutes. (keep an eye on the potatoes and remember to turn them over half way through so they cook evenly)
  • Remove from the oven once golden brown and use a knife to test the wedges that are cooked through
  • Enjoy!
