Buckfast Chicken Pakora – Sharing Bag (1kg)

£18.50

We love experimenting at Pakora Explorer HQ and we couldn’t resist trying out Buckfast Pakora still using our special blend of spices.    We soak the chicken in Buckfast before we make our Pakora batter (using Buckfast instead of water)

During cooking, the sugars from the Buckfast turn the Pakora deep in colour and give that caramelisation.

Why not try it with our Buckfast Pakora Sauce
